What Information We Share

Pinnacle Media Group LLC is a marketing and lead generation company. When you submit a request for a foundation repair estimate, we share your personal information — including your name, phone number, email address, and property details — with independent foundation repair contractors in your area so they can contact you about your request.

Under California and other state privacy laws, this sharing of personal information in exchange for compensation may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information, even though the purpose is to connect you with a contractor you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, advertising networks, or unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your Right to Opt Out

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. You can exercise this right at any time.

What Happens After You Opt Out

Once we receive and verify your opt-out request, we will:

• Stop sharing your personal information with new contractors
• Use commercially reasonable efforts to notify contractors who received your information prior to your opt-out request
• Confirm completion of your request within 15 business days

We will retain your opt-out preference for at least 12 months before asking if you wish to re-authorize sharing.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Exercising your rights will not result in denial of service, different pricing, or a different level of quality — except where the difference is directly related to the value of the data, as permitted by law.

Authorized Agents

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person, you must provide written authorization signed by the person whose rights you are exercising, or proof of power of attorney. Email documentation to privacy@mypinnaclemediagroup.com.

Other Privacy Rights

In addition to the right to opt out, depending on your state of residence you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete your personal information
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Receive your personal information in a portable format
